- 2 x flatbreads
- 100g symplicity cumin lamb mince
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 100ml plant-based yoghurt
- 2 tsp sumac
- 1/2 lemon
- olive oil
- in a bowl gently mix the yogurt and sumac, set aside.
- top the flat breads evenly with the ‘lamb’ mince and a few slices of onion.
- grill for 3-5 minutes until warmed through or toasted to your liking.
- serve topped with a dollop of yoghurt sauce, a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil.
