symplicity grilled cumin style ‘lamb’ flatbread.

  • 2 x flatbreads
  • 100g symplicity cumin lamb mince
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 100ml plant-based yoghurt
  • 2 tsp sumac
  • 1/2 lemon
  • olive oil


  1. in a bowl gently mix the yogurt and sumac, set aside.
  2. top the flat breads evenly with the ‘lamb’ mince and a few slices of onion.
  3. grill for 3-5 minutes until warmed through or toasted to your liking.
  4. serve topped with a dollop of yoghurt sauce, a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil.
