Fermented vegetables (51%)(Mushroom, Onion, Beetroot), Wheat Gluten, Bulgar Wheat, Miso (Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt), Rapeseed Oil, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Flaxseed, Tamari (Soybeans, Salt, Vinegar), Black Pepper, Salt, Sage, Nutmeg. Filled into a plant-derived casing (sodium alginate).

Cook from chilled. If product is frozen, defrost in a fridge overnight.

Hob/Shallow fry: preheat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan set over medium heat. Remove all packaging and add the sausages to the pan. Cook for 9 minutes, turning occasionally for evenly browned skin. When product is piping hot throughout, remove from the pan.

Air fry: preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove sausages from packaging and spray/brush with a little oil. Place sausages in air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 

Grill: preheat grill to medium heat. Remove sausages from packaging and place on a tray suitable for grilling. Spray/brush with a little oil. Put sausages under the grill, turn frequently until piping hot throughout.

Oven cook: preheat oven to gas mark 6/200°C electric/180°C fan. brush sausages with a little oil. cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 16 minutes.
