- 400g symplicity ‘chorizo’ mince
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- sprig rosemary
- 4 slices of sourdough toast
- garlic bulb
- slice and cook down the pepper and onion with the rosemary till lightly coloured.
- grill your bread and rub with raw garlic.
- top with pepper mix and ‘chorizo’ and grill to warm through.
- top with rosemary.
