symplicity ‘chorizo’, pepper & onion toast.

  • 400g symplicity ‘chorizo’ mince
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • sprig rosemary
  • 4 slices of sourdough toast
  • garlic bulb



  1. slice and cook down the pepper and onion with the rosemary till lightly coloured.
  2. grill your bread and rub with raw garlic.
  3. top with pepper mix and ‘chorizo’ and grill to warm through.
  4. top with rosemary.
