serves two
ingredients:
• 4 symplicity. sausages
• 2 plain naan or flatbreads
• 2 tbsp mango chutney
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 160g coconut yoghurt
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ red onion, sliced
• 1 small tomato, sliced
• small bunch of coriander, chopped
• 1 tbsp oil
• salt and pepper
method:
- fry sausages in oil as per pack instructions, set aside.
- mix yoghurt with cumin and paprika.
- warm naan as per pack instructions.
- spread yoghurt and chutney onto naan, add tomato, onion and two sausages per naan.
- top with coriander, wrap or fold, and serve immediately.
