Cook from chilled.
Hob/shallow fry (recommended): preheat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan set over medium heat. Remove all packaging and add the burgers to the pan. Cook for ten minutes, turning occasionally until piping hot.

Oven cook: preheat oven to gas mark 6/200°C electric/180°C fan. brush burgers with a little oil. cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 18 minutes, turning halfway.
Air fry: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging, spray or brush with oil and place into the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 13 minutes, turning the burgers halfway through cooking.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush burgers with oil, grill both sides, turning during cooking until burgers have browned and product is piping hot throughout.
